By downloading or using Private Cleaner ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
- Use of the App
Private Cleaner is intended to help users organize and manage files stored on their own devices.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for any content you choose to delete or manage using the App.
2.User Responsibility
Before deleting photos, videos, contacts, or other content, please review your selections carefully.
Deleted content may not be recoverable.
Private Cleaner is not responsible for accidental deletion resulting from user actions.
3.Subscriptions
Certain features may require an optional subscription.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are billed according to Apple's payment policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
4.Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other materials included in the App are owned by Private Cleaner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.
5.Availability
We continually improve the App and may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
6.Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose.
7.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Private Cleaner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8.Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled while using Private Cleaner.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the App is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
